Agility’s comment on the unusual trading activity

Agility would like to inform you that the company was not aware of any development or news whether it is positive or negative that might have resulted in the unusual trade on Agility’s stock on 26 September 2022. However, the company got to know, after trading hours, the Court of Appeal decision in favor of the General Administration for Customs against Global Clearing House Systems (GCS), Agility’s subsidiary, which Agility has disclosed today 27 September 2022, and we don’t know how this news might affect the stock price.
